If the Parts have not been picked up from the NCIX location and the item was not special ordered you can receive a refund on item. If items are picked up and put in system the parts are non refundable. Damaged parts are subject to RMA protocol which varies with each manufacturer.

How do I order a PC From CG?

The shopping cart function is not functional as the PC's listed are samples of what you can get in each pricing to performance tier. To order a computer please email or message CG on our Facebook page. Book a building consult on our calendar and we can facetime or Facebook messenger video / voice call. cg will generate 3 builds within your price point and desired performance range and then a final list from there.
